First time landlord putting my home up for rent so initially spoke to a few different Estate Agents for valuations. Jake from Prospect who initially came to see the property was very professional, diligent and knowledgable and had done extensive research before coming to meet me. He also encouraged a higher listing price than the other agents suggested. Once we had everything agreed, Prospect had not only booked 2 viewings within four hours of the property being listed we had an offer. Elliott has been extremely responsive and great at keeping me updated with progress on tenancy checks etc. Overall great experience so far with Prospect Outstanding customer service, polite and kind, and just a pleasure to deal with.

We have rented a flat in Reading for 10 years through Prospect. From the very first viewing all those years back to our recent checkout, we have dealt with quite a few different people within their team, all of them have been professional, responsive and always helpful. They kept us informed of any changes to our contract, they liaised promptly with the landlord when something needed to be fixed and booked reparations quickly, arranged regular inspections of the flat and the appliances, in short they made our tenancy smooth and hassle-free at all stages. Thank you!

Elliott has done a stellar job being super helpful and extremely professional. Elliott and the team at Prospect managed to take over an ongoing tenancy for a property i own (and was renting privately), onboard it, handle the transition at the end of the previous contract, find me a suitable new tenant with no effort on my side. I knew these guys were good but the service i got redefines the concept of good. I thoroughly recommend Prospect and Elliott in particular.

i was nervous to move rental agency after being with another local company for 4 years but I am so glad I did. The service is receptive and caring, I would get calls just asking how I was and if everything was ok! Levi really knows his stuff and was professional and responsive. I would highly recommend from a landlord perspective. They also seem to look after the tenant well too.

Romans Tilehurst has been excellent! Nathan was extremely helpful and informative about a property my family and I were interested in, being proactive between us and the landlord and answering every question we had with confidence and knowledge. He was extremely kind and understanding of our situation and this agency is very fortunate to have such a wonderful agent like him!

She was very professional, friendly and helpful, tirelessly answering any questions I had and liasing with the landlord to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Great Service! Been using them for the last 4 years to rent various different houses over student life (Think I'm on my 5th house from their listing so far, and this one is the best yet!). They Professional and they will actually help you out in a jam: just helped us get out of that house (even got us a van) and moved into another one within 24 hours!
