Wren Kitchens showroom on Worton Grange (Junction 11 M4) is a flagship showroom. You don’t realise how big this place is until you go inside and see all the kitchen ranges on display. Went today with my partner to plan a new kitchen. Allow time for this - we spent 3 hours with one of the sales agents and she was very good. Very thorough and methodical and we could compare options easily with all of the ranges on display. The quality looks very good. Different finance options available. The store is pet friendly so you can take your family pooch along with the kids. The service was excellent. You can also experience your design via the in store virtual reality headsets - I was dubious about this but it is very good and gives a good idea about how the design will work space wise. Flooring and beds are also available here. Plenty of parking and they will ask you to check your vehicle in when you arrive so no worries about parking enforcement or time. Seems pretty good.

Excellent service from start to finish - great sales team offered survey, design, explained each product with great patience. Regular and clear communication via email and text, Customer Care team is very supportive on phone and email, all items delivered as expected, no surprise all units and appliances fitted as designed. I got kitchen exactly shown me in design and picture. I am a happy customer and cant expect more. Thank you team Wren!!!

My new Wren kitchen has surpassed my expectation. A huge thank you to Cristian, at the Reading showroom for taking so much time in designing my kitchen and really listening and understanding what I wanted and what my budget was. Plus recommending a fantastic fitter, super high standard. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and I could not be happier.

After seeing an advert for MAS kuchen on Facebook I contacted them to help with our new kitchen design. Lisi came up with a stunning design that not only looks fantastic but creates such a wow factor in our kitchen dining living space and is a pleasure to use. We love our Bora hob, full height fridge & freezer & larder cupboard. Communication and service has been very good from Lisi, Marco & the team.

From start to finish- planning design and installation an excellent efficient and personal service with great communication throughout. Gina worked tirelessly with us to achieve the right design and Adam in customer service was always on hand to answer any of our questions. The Paul & the installation team were efficient and extremely helpful throughout and Brendan the project manager was always on hand. Overall I would highly recommend the ''Elements' team.

We have had very good service from Elements Kitchens. Their showroom has given us lots of ideas and Sam has been great in helping us to plan our new kitchen. She is very knowledgeable and has suggested design elements to help us make the most of our new kitchen within our budget. She has been quick to respond to our questions and has given us great advice. Thank you!
