Dubwoods Flooring recently completed my downstairs flooring following a leak underneath the kitchen sink. From the initial consultation right through to completion, the team at Dubwoods were absolutely fantastic. They were always on hand to answer my questions and queries and were very helpful in showing us samples and discussing the intricacies of laying wood flooring; something that I admit I knew nothing about so it was a relief to have such experts explain everything to me in simple terms. The work itself was completed to an agreed schedule and was immaculate. They were very tidy and cleaned as they went along, removing the old flooring and underlay and disposing it for me. The skirting was also done to a very high standard and the way Andrew worked around the plug sockets was amazing. Truly impressive. We were looking for new flooring and had visited shop after shop until we found Dubwoods, we found Simon very knowledgeable and honest in his approach. From the outside the showroom seemed small but on entering the amount of displays was surprisingly large. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was no hard sell, we had the types of flooring explained to us and then we were left to choose. The purchasing process was simple, as we already had a rough estimate of size of the room. We were given options for the underlay, beading and actual fitting of product. We chose one of their, in house, fitters and agreed a date, a week later. The fitter came on the day with the flooring. He came to the room with us and asked how we wanted the flooring layed, I didn't know there was a choice. He did all the cutting outside of the house and worked well on his own. After finishing, he left the room tidy and asked us to inspect his work. Which we were very happy with. He offered us the excess flooring, but we declined. A very easy and stress free experience from start to finish. We would recommend this company.

This shop was wonderful from choosing to the finished job for vinyl laid in my bathroom and downstairs toilet. Debbie was so kind and the fitter Steve was supberb. Thank you for an excellent service. We will be back for our kitchen next.
