Fantastic service from Andy. He was able to come out same day and replace our ancient stop tap with a new valve due to having low pressure. He was even able to provide our local water company advice. Due to having minimal water on an especially hot day, with a 7 month old baby, Andy was empathetic during a stressful situation to me. Best call made today and money spent. Thank you!

Amazing service, very reasonably priced with no added extras. Would highly recommend this company. My kitchen mixer tap had broken so that I couldn’t turn it on to get any hot or cold water. I emailed Herts Plumbing and Drainage and Andy phoned me the same day with a quote. He then came round the next day to fit the new tap. Andy is very professional and friendly and takes pride in his work. I will definitely be using Herts Plumbing and Drainage for any future plumbing jobs.

Craig recently repaired several issues within our property, installed new showers and set up a hive thermostat in our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results, the standard of his work is excellent. Craig communicated clearly throughout, is very friendly and works efficiently. We already have more projects in mind which we will call Craig back for, would highly recommend.

Contacted due to a gas leak, he came out the following day, very knowledgeable and made you feel at ease explaining what the issue was and where and what options we had. Did the work the following morning was very tidy. Will definitely recommend. Reasonable pricing.
