We completed our move this week and we could not be happier with the performance of Kings to get us to this stage. Sam Nelson and Ben Burton have supported us and kept us in the loop during the whole process. The communication for each and every viewing was second to none! Ben found the right buyer for our property and it was sold within 6 weeks of it being on the market! We used Kings conveyancing team who were outstanding! Chasing our buyers Solicitors and getting everything in place in the shortest space of time was brilliant. Everything in one place without any stress! Would we use Kings again.....absolutely! I can highly recommend Duncan Phillips. They were managing the flat I recently purchased. Ian was extremely helpful and always went the extra mile to ensure I had all of the information needed. He was on hand whenever I needed anything and ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible.

From the point of view of a paralegal in Conveyancing, Block Management 24 answered all of our questions, clearly and quickly. Which is not something I can say for a lot of managing agents I deal with. It really helped us progress our clients' transaction much more quickly and they were very helpful after completion.

We had a tough few years with Collinson Hall and Block Management 24 were appointed to take over from them last year. In the last 3 months they have been a breath of fresh air. Issues are getting resolved very quickly, invoicing and over expenditure has been dealt with efficiently and most of all, they put us first as residents. I would like to say a big thank you for all the hard work from Martin and Sam so far!! You are both doing a great job and we are all very appreciative.

Very efficient at dealing with any issues and provide excellent communication. We had a major leak recently meaning the water supply had to be turned off. We were provided with drinking and non-drinking water each day the water was turned off. Really appreciate how they dealt with the situation from start to finish.
