Stephen dealt with all all arrangements in an excellent manner. The arrangements were helpful, respectfully conducted to a high standard and flawlessly carried out. Every member of staff we met were amazing and so friendly, helpful, understanding and compassionate to the family. I can’t remember the names of the funeral service staff (drivers, bearers, etc), but all were amazing and displayed a high level of professionalism, friendliness and respect. Alison and Stephen in the office were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them and they couldn’t have done anymore for us; from the initial phone call to Alison, to the actual funeral service and after service.
