Absolutely first class service from the moment i picked up the phone to get a quote. We were moving two household into one; Nick was happy to visit both properties in order to provide a quotation (which he did within a week of my initial enquiry) and the whole operation of actually moving was very slick indeed. The team that moved us were incredibly professional, really friendly & polite and took great care with our belongings - It was a genuine pleasure meeting and chatting with Eric, Jonathan and the rest of the team. A protective cover was placed around the front door frame and floor / carpet protection was also put in place both when collecting our things and again when moving us in. The team used protective covers to uplift and transport our mattresses and sofas keeping them well protected at all times. It’s a stressful time moving and Carters really did help to ease the pain, I can honestly say they were brilliant. I highly recommend Nick, Eric, Jonathan and the rest of the team at Carters…you won’t be disappointed.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys ! We used them recently for our house move and they were great from beginning to end. I have moved house 5 times and always use a removals firm and Jason Williams Removals are the best of the 5 by a considerable amount. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was handled with as much care as I would give myself to my belongings and we felt totally at ease on what is often an very stressful day. I cannot fault the service provided, to say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience.

We could not fault this great team. Jason,Luke,Derek and Kiernan were professional, good natured, meticulous in their attention to detail. They made what could have been a really stressful couple of days so much easier and actually quite fun. From Allain's careful instructions and quote visit, to the packing, unpacking and reassembling, all was done with the attitude that nothing was too much bother even when we changed our minds about which room things should go in. They were speedy and efficient and took great care of all our possessions which we greatly appreciated. These are the guys you want when you move for a first class, hassle free experience.
