We had no idea who to contact when the care home rang one evening to tell us we needed to appoint a Funeral Director. We spoke to a neighbour who recommended The Elms and from the out of hours call we made to them through to the funeral itself Luke and his colleagues made what is a very emotional time so much easier, by not only organising all aspects of the funeral itself but also advising us on the various steps that we had to take as a family. Absolutely amazing service from an extremely professional compassionate team. Each and every member of the team went above and beyond but our special thanks to Luke and Sharon for helping with all the minor things that were worrying us. Our mother looked like she was sleeping peacefully and her procession and service were as perfect as can be.
