Just like to say this company have been absolutely brilliant dealing with my Mac issues, servicing and knowledge tips. I have used them for 2 years and they have gone out of their way to source me a new printer when my old one gave up the ghost. Checked the space size it needed to sit in, installed, demonstrated and explained how it works. They are efficient, helpful & friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a personal, knowledgable service for any issues.

Excellent and quick service from start to finish. I was able to text to enquire about an issue with my laptop (broken charging port) and received a quick reply outlining what they thought the problem was and how to fix it, as well as being open about the possible cost. I was kept updated through the repair and after enquiring on the Saturday I had my laptop back with me on the Wednesday. Also offered to collect and deliver my laptop as I live locally! Great service, thank you!

I have employed the services of QCD (Dave and more recently Oleg) quite a few times over the years. They are professional, knowledgeable and very approachable, not forgetting good value for money. If you have a problem with your home or work IT well just 'quick call Dave'. Highly recommended!!

Bought a new desktop here and regret not having bought here in the past instead of high street shops. Perfect spec for me, great performance compared to others I've owned, really competitive price, and since my old pc used to transfer all previous usage, everything opened, looked, and worked the same like I was just carrying on but with less waiting. Great service. Will start here next time.

Ben has fixed my laptop twice now and I've been so pleased with the service that he's provided. He gives excellent customer service, explains everything and clearly wants to help. I would highly recommend him to anyone - thank you!

Great experience here, did everything I asked and more. Helped out with the problems I had and recommended what I do and what he can do for me. Will go back if and when I need to.

I popped into Nortech Computers looking for a new bluetooth speaker as the last one I bought from elsewhere lasted all of five minutes. I went for the preevo wireless speaker. It is brilliant, the battery life is amazing and the quality of the sound is really good. The staff in the shop were lovely and very helpful. I will be back again.

We use Nortech to print our annual charity calendars, and they are very efficient, helpful and friendly. A big thank you to the staff for keeping us informed of progress and assisting with any design queries!
