Like everybody else I read previous reviews. I needn't have worried - this company have been absolutely BRILLIANT! The service I have received has been exceptional from the first time I contacted them - I have already referred them on to 2 people (and I usually don't do that). Every step of the way they have been responsive, helpful and friendly - taking time to explain options and answer the endless number of questions I had. Their solution to my specific requirements were bang on and the cost was very reasonable indeed. They did not try to up-sell - in fact, quite the opposite, advising me that certain items were expensive and would not provide the required solution. I must say I have been really impressed with this company - I must be because I never write reviews! I first contacted this company to help me with a separate issue I had. The previous company were TERRIBLE. I contacted DS Securities and they were not only understanding and helpful they even offered to come out and see if they could resolve the problem at no cost. That is truly exceptional service. USE THIS COMPANY - you will not be disappointed.

My alarm had given good service but it was time to update to the latest standards. I contacted Darrell at Multi Security UK Ltd who very quickly came up with a plan to install the latest wireless products. The quote given was very competitive. He arranged to fit the alarm the next week and turned up promptly with everything needed to complete the job. Darren, Ryan and Bailey worked together to fit the alarm in a timely manner. They even incorporated an old panic button into the system. The work was first class and everything was cleared up leaving the work area clean. A first class job, I can highly recommend Multi Security UK Ltd of Weston-super-Mare.

What a Fantastic Company.. We had our cameras fitted by them nearly 2 years ago.. had a small problem with the connection to our mobiles.. Rang them up yesterday explained the problem.. Said they would be out the next day to sort.. What happened wow they turned up today and on time and fixed it.. 2 years later.. Not only the products are fantastic but the customer service is one of a kind.. Don’t hesitate to use this company. So impressed and thank you again.
