We recently contacted Richard regarding squirrels coming into our loft. We didn't have to wait long for his first visit and he made several subsequent visits to check and remove squirrels. He always responded quickly to our phone calls and queries. We are very pleased with his professional service. He has a calm though efficient manner and we are very happy to recommend him.

Got some pigeon spikes fitted to our solar panels. Price was decent and got someone out quickly after telling them there were pigeons nesting already. Had some issues a year later (poor design, not installation) and someone came out to sort it out without any fuss.

Called up last week as pigeons had nested underneath our solar panels, Rich and team turned up on Monday evicted the pigeons (nicely of course) and then pigeon proofed the panels. Quick, tidy and very efficient. Many thanks

Alex was fantastic. We have a very large, old house and we didn’t know where the mice were getting into the house due to all of the possible ingress areas. He came and did a very professional survey and returned the next day and sealed every possible entry spot up. He then laid traps and came back over a 3 week period to remove any mice and check for other entryways. He was absolutely successful and we no longer have a mouse problem. Alex is a genuinely lovely, friendly man and my husband and I are exceptionally pleased with the work he did. He is responsive to messages and always very quick to respond.
