This is the 4th time we have used wild & Brierley, over the last 10years . And each time everything is professionally taken care of with compassion showed at all times . This last Funeral we have just had was perfectly done with everything going to plan as we had asked for like the last 3 . I must say that on meeting Darren to arrange you are put at ease immediately at such a stressful time . Thank you to everyone , my husband & myself know we are in good hands when our time comes . This is the 2nd time using wild&brierley, that’s simply because they are the best. Micheal was amazing from start to finish, with looking after nanna, to keeping us informed. Losing my mum was devastating, leaving me all at sea and unable to think clearly. From the start, Nichol was so reassuring, with just the right kind of personal approach. She also recommended Lisa, an excellent celebrant, who spent time with us, getting to know about Mum and, again, had just the right approach, ensuring that Mum's life and character were accurately portrayed and commemorated. Brilliant service delivered by Nicol at AF Whites. We were treated with kindness and compassion throughout the whole process. Nicol was very interested in my deceased dad’s interests and as a result would sing his favourite songs to him when she was attending to him which was very comforting for us. Nicol helped us through each stage of the arrangements, never tried to sell anything to do us, but would advise what was on offer from pall bearers to flowers to transport. Nicole has a very friendly and warm personality ad made the whole process easy for us to navigate. I could not recommend AF whites and higher than I already do. Considering how much other companies charge for their services I a surprised at how competitive there prices are. We didn’t have to worry about the cost of the funeral because their charges are very reasonable and my dad had a beautiful coffin. Just to add, when reading other funeral sites I came across the cost of embalming. I spoke to AF whites about their embalming charges and they informed me that not every deceased person needs embalming. This is when I knew they were for us, as they could have charged us for something that wasn’t required.
