I have always commented when visiting our friend in Millfield on what a happy and caring place it is for him to be living. The staff are very caring and friendly. His room and his bathroom are very clean. He is very pleased with the meals and I have seen how spotless the kitchens are.

Lovely place, lovely hard working, caring staff, spotlessly clean and the meals smell good too. Our dad has properly thrived since being in Millfield the past 12 months, definitely made the right choice when we moved him last year.

My cousin is happy in general. Access to see her is easily available. The staff are helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Great professional staff always willing to help. The home is always clean and aromatic, and recently refurbished to a remarkably high standard. Any problems no matter how small they will ring me, with reports about the home emailed to me regularly. I have been very happy with the care and love they give to my mother who has been resident there now for 3yrs, would recommend to anyone looking for a place for a family member

Myself and my sister went to view Stoneswood with a view to our mum being a resident in the future. Alana gave us an excellent presentation and was extremely thorough, she also took time to take us through every detail. We look forward to taking mum to the cafe very soon. Thanks again Alana.
