Excellent service from start to finish. All the staff were very helpful and sympathetic and carried out the funeral with dignity and respect. Will always use Dewi Reynolds when needed.Would also recommend them to others.

Absolutely amazing people here. Myself and the family would like to thank everyone who helped make my Mother's funeral easy to arrange and absolutely perfect. She would have been so pleased. A huge thank you to Lee for being with us every step of the way and for letting me help bring Mam into and out of the Church, it meant so much to me.

Excellent service from Lee, Diane , Jo, Dai and the rest of staff at such a difficult time. They gave my Nan total respect and the dignity that she deserved. I saw and spoke to Lee multiple times to visit chapel of rest and plan funeral, putting me and my family at ease, felt like nothing was too much trouble, very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Mr Preene, Lindsay and Team you have been absolutely amazing with the arrangements for my great aunts funeral. I will be eternally grateful for your calmness and consideration. Your fortitude when confronted with every hurdle that was thrown at us. All issues were all so deftly swept away. Thank you for managing both funerals so well. It’s been an absolute honour to have met you.

I have never posted a review before, however I have experienced such great service with the funeral of my Aunt last Year and my Mum last month, I felt compelled to do so. I cannot thank Mr Preene enough, I would recommend to anyone that has to deal with such a horrible process to engage Mr Preenes services. All the stresses of the occasion were taken away, nothing was too much trouble and everyone involved, showed genuine compassion, understanding along with professionalism at all times.

Laying somebody you love to rest is never easy, however with the compassion and care shown by Geraint and his team it was a day of warmth and love. They went above and beyond in there duty, they assisted my father in law to visit the chapel of rest when we were unable to. Nothing was to much, i can’t say how grateful our family are.

Excellent service from you all. I would highly recommend you for a funeral service the staff where excellent through out my dads funeral. under the most upsetting circumstances and difficult time Morgan T Vowles and his colleagues was very professional and very respectful.. they tended to both my grandparents, my father and today my mother..
