A big thank you to everyone at Knox for the assistance and advice which they gave to us at this difficult lockdown time on the occasion of my cousin Irene Corfield's funeral. Liz and her colleagues in the office were always able to answer any questions we had and Alan and his team who were with us at the Crematorium were exceptionally professional and well dressed. Thank you all once again on behalf of our family.

Having the unfortunate experience of losing both my Father and mother-in-law recently where we used two different Funeral Directors I can honestly say that Knox were by far the best. The quality and caring service was excellent. There were too many nice touches to list that they added but they did a magnificent job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My Nan recently passed away before she passed she had already paid for and arranged her funeral when she met with Knox she commented on how happy she was with her choices and how helpful and friendly the staff were at helping her making her final wishes. When nan passed the staff at Knox couldn’t do enough for not just my mum and her siblings but also the wider family. Every member of staff we met with made you feel at ease, couldn’t do enough for you and most importantly treated my nan with the respect and love she deserved! They decided when nan was at peace (which I think is a great thing to do so we remember her has she was) on the day of the funeral my mum and her siblings decided last minute they wanted to walk nan to the church and the staff allowed them to get out of the car and walk nan to the service. The team at Knox funeral home are amazing at what they do, every single staff member can’t do enough to help. Honestly I can’t thank them enough. - Lynsey W Reply
