My Dad was a resident in Belong for 6 months before sadly passing away last week. The standard of care he received was first class in all respects and I cannot find words to express my appreciation all the staff there. They looked after him and us so well and with such compassion and kindness it is something I will never forget. I would unhesitatingly recommend Belong to care for your relatives.

Belong was wonderful to mother Josie Mum was so happy there and often said wish I had come here when I lost your dad as it’s fab Lots of people to talk to something going on all the time Mums room was just like home all her familiar things around her We could all go anytime The staff wernt staff , just one big family we were lucky to have had for the time mum was there.

Fantastic, friendly and professional staff. Lovely warm and homely environment. Great facilities. Far from a typical nursing home - more like a luxurious hotel providing personal care. The best I've seen.

I've had the pleasure of performing for everyone at Brampton Lodge on numerous occasions and despite being an international singer who has appeared in Las Vegas, West End theatres and on Celebrity Cruises and for all kinds of events Worldwide, I always enjoy performing there. The team are not only more attentive than other luxury care homes and resorts I've visited, but they actually enjoy their work in providing care for the latter years of life. Fantastic, friendly and enthusiastic colleagues, especially Dani. I highly recommend to anyone.

I can’t thank everyone enough for the exceptional care that mum has received on the cobs nursing care unit. Mum had been with you for the last 6 weeks of her life, the care that you gave mum and the family was above and beyond anything that I have ever seen before.Our mum Joan Holt sadly passed away on the 20.10.22 and I can honestly say I have never seen anyone look so comfortable and cared for, you all deserve a great big thank you. In addition thank you for all the wonderful care and support mum received. Finally we are going to miss you all for making us so welcome.

I would like to thank all the staff at your home for the way you have looked after my partner Diana Rutter your staff are brilliant very caring and also your cleaners need a great word of thanks for the brilliant job they do for keeping the home so clean.

BARCHESTER WESTVALE HOUSE CARE HOME REVIEWS

I regularly visit Westvale House Care Home to do Art and Craft workshops with the wonderful residents as part of their extensive activity programme provided for their well-being. The residents are always happy and well cared for in homely surroundings. The staff are kind and attentive and the new Activities Coordinator is so enthusiastic, entertaining and caring with so many ideas to keep everyone engaged and active! Lovely home!

Can't thank Westvale enough for the care my mum has/is recieving. Through a brain injury my mum now needs fulltime care and the Manager Jackie has been so helpful and accommodating in everyway possible. The staff are great and very friendly and very good at what they do. Thank you Jackie and the team.

This is such a beautiful care home staff are always so helpful and food is great. The life enrichment programme is brilliant overall friendly atmosphere and very welcoming.
