Safestore has fantastic, secure facilities, great value, convenient, situated just off the motorway. Have recommended to all my friends, business colleagues and family. Huge thank you to Michelle. Very rare in today's world to receive top notch, professional customer service.

Unit was exactly what we needed when moving into the area from London! Staff are always really helpful, facilities are clean and the unit was a really good size for the price, we'd definitely use again.

Moved into my new unit today, Eve got me settled in with no hassle, explained everything clearly and politely with a very friendly manner which having been to other storage providers is a welcome change, my business is only a small one but I feel now things are settling into place and the business can thrive with having a proper storage facility that I don’t have to worry about anything with.

When I decided i needed storage I phone a few places, but when I spoke to these guys everything clicked straight away. They couldn't be anymore helpful, friendly very patient, when through all opinions and advised me the best for me.

Well both ladies on reception were brilliant & sorted best room for me at best price.Customer service is the best I’ve had in a long time & their opening hours are much better than others I had contacted.
