QUEENS PARK GOLF COURSE REVIEWS

A lovely walk around a golf course with both track and freereign walking. There is also a beautiful pond at one of the ends of the park often with ducks, swans and a variety of birds which is a peaceful place to ponder and watch the beautiful habitat. There are often dog walkers around also, so perhaps a nice walk for them too.

Beautiful 18-hole golf course around Queen Park. Free parking next to the course. Buy a season pass. Got the woodpecker cafe next to the course. Hire buggy here, too. Wonderful woodland surroundings around the course. A great day out with friends.

An amazing place to walk around or just to play golf, plenty of woodland to explore. The park looks amazing if you go in the early hours. If you time it right at the pond you'll see the local Heron.

I've recently rejoined Meyrick GC and health club... The club has been a big part of my life off and on for nearly 20 years now... There's been a couple of issues but always resolved... The course is rich in golfing history and playing there has made me a better golfer.. I know there is a minor issue with dog walkers but I've encountered friendly people and 99% of them are considerate to golfers. As for dog poo, only once in 20 years have I ever come across it. Golfers, don't let some of these negative comments deter you from playing here. It's a great, well looked after course. Very challenging and have to use your head and skills while playing... Staff are always friendly, the beer is always cold and the food is good as well.

Thank you so much to the very kind receptionist who called a taxi for me yesterday afternoon. I was so very lost and she was so very helpful. My sense of direction is appalling - there was really no hope. I'm not even a member! And I did catch my train. Thank you again.

Stayed in the hotel for two nights, which was great in itself - but being able to use the wonderful spa facilities and swimming pool also a big plus. Staff very helpful with towels, coins for the lockers etc. Very well maintained and relaxing. Also would recommend eating in the superb restaurant - which has a lovely outside terrace, perfect for chilling out in.

CHRISTCHURCH GOLF CLUB REVIEWS

Really good place to come to use the driving range, the price was £6.50 for 100 balls, there was two flights to practice your shots day and night. The crazy golf looked really good too. Also there was a cafe with food and drinks and a Golf shop. The parking is free too.

The driving range here is brilliant. You pay £1 to rent a club and can buy the balls as you go, they do food and drinks aswell. It's a great place to go and practice your golfing skills, as well as it being very easy to keep track of what you're spending. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic adventure golf. Love this. We had so much fun. We didn't play normal golf but the course looked good and everyone was friendly and helpful.
