Perfect place for a night or two with a spa. Great location, spacious rooms, and the staff is incredibly accommodating. While the hotel is a bit worn out, it’s kept reasonably clean. For the price, it’s a good deal. Additionally, there’s a sauna, which isn’t mentioned in the hotel amenities or shown in the photos.”

Lovely hotel. Bit tired from the outside maybe but very pleasantly surprised at the decor inside. Staf were lovely and very helpful. Always service with a smile. Food was delicious and beautifully served. Would love to stay there again.

Stayed here over bank holiday weekend and encountered a few circumstantial issues; the staff were superb. Food was incredible. Location to the beach and amenities were perfect. Dog friendly too. Amy in the wellness suite gave a really thorough massage. Julian at reception was extra helpful in the absence of senior management. Recommend you visit/get a package.

I came here today to have my first ever massage. I had the most wonderful experience. My massage was given by Valeria, who looked after me from start to finish, even gave me after care guidance. The spa is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing, just what I needed after quite an emotional few days. I left feeling very relaxed and uplifted. I'm going back tomorrow for my first facial. Thankyou so very much for taking care of me!

Room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast amazing as usual. Parking sometimes a struggle. Very stylish hotel. Spa facilities very good. Especially enjoyed eucalyptus steam room, very good for aches and pains. Staff are very courteous and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely return.

One night stop over at the Connaught Hotel and we had a great stop over from the moment we arrived to leaving. Facilities were excellent and the room was clean and tidy plus all staff helpful. I used the gym and the pool on both days and will definitely come back again when in Bournemouth.

This is a super hotel a 10 minute walk to the town centre and the beach. The staff are all lovely, the rooms are spacious and there is free parking. There is a big indoor swimming pool and a treatment spa. I enjoyed a full English breakfast served by the most friendly staff.
