They did a brilliant job. My gutters and drains were long overdue for cleaning, and finding a professional had been challenging as multiple other businesses either cancelled on me last minute or took very long to get in touch. From requesting the job to its completion, everything was smooth and fantastic. Faz was quick to respond to my query and I managed to book them in the same week of my request. They were on time and extremely informative about the steps involved. My gutters have never looked so clean. They went above and beyond by taking down some old Christmas lights from the second floor. They took pictures to show the before and after, and informed me of some issues that need to be looked at. Very helpful and very professional. I will solely be using this business for any further services my property needs. Would highly recommend and have already recommended them to my family.

I can’t thank Faz and Tom enough for their hard work, transparency and professionalism. After contacting Wolf BMS regarding a leak in my loft, Faz quickly identified the issues and took the time to talk me through lots of photographs to show me what was required, so that I could see for myself the extent of the problem. I received before and after photos and can confidently say I would recommend them. Faz and Tom worked to meticulous standards and tidied each day before they left. We had Wolf BMS out to replace some, very old, broken roof tiles. They were kind and professional throughout. Faz sent us pictures of both the problematic area and finished product. In the long run, we will need a new roof with it being the original one from the 60’s, but for now, the repairs they have completed have given us some breathing room. We have no hesitation in selecting Faz and his team at Wolf BMS when we are in the position to replace the whole roof. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Gray’s ECS is a thoroughly professional and extremely competent company, exceeding my expectations in approach and quality of workmanship. I commissioned Gray’s to clear my gutters, clean brickwork around my house and to clean and reseal my large tarmac driveway which was heavily covered in moss and algae. David’s transformation of the driveway was unbelievable, a tremendous job! It’s like new and creates a much better impression of the house, which itself stands prouder after the brickwork being cleaned. I also couldn’t believe the debris that David extracted from the gutters! I will undoubtedly continue to use Gray’s for ongoing maintenance etc. I truly admire David’s work ethic and capabilities, and his use of all the best machinery, also being fully supported by a marvellous admin team. Great job done by great company, excellent communication form the start.. Arrived at the time which was given which is a big plus these days! Job explained on arrival what was being done and how, just got on with it, explained that the was a few little problems with the down spouts, but that was soon fixed. Job completed and no mess left, all brushed up and taken. Will have no hesitation in using this company again.thank you for a great job & such a friendly bunch of guys !!!

Gutter clean and fascia restoration: From start to finish Gray's Exterior Cleaning Specialists were a really fantastic company to deal with and I would absolutely recommend them. They sent out a quote within a 24 hours of me asking for one and were very transparent with their pricing. David came out to do the job, arriving exactly when he said he would. He cleaned the guttering and downpipes of debris, and cleaned and restored the uPVC around the house (including that on the windows). All done on a 3 storey house without ladders. He was able to show me the before and after results with camera images taken during the clean. We were over the moon with the end result and couldn't recommend Gray's enough. Thanks again David.
