Everyone at Belong provides a first-class service to both residents and to their families. The household staff, in particular, are really caring, and nothing is too much trouble. The food provided is varied and nutritious. The en-suite rooms are clean, spacious and well-equipped.

We believe that Belong Wigan is the best care/nursing provider in our area. We are very happy that our relative is a resident and we love visiting. Belong is well run and the staff are professional, kind, caring and loving.

Living at Belong Wigan I feel such a strong sense of community, it’s great making new friends.

MONTROSE HALL CARE HOME REVIEWS

Well firstly what a fantastically run home. It's clean, welcoming and staff are friendly. It's a testament to the management, nothing is too much of a problem for the staff and my friend/family are very content here. Food is of a very good standard and there is always treats about. The overall look of the home inside and out is very clean and tidy.

Attended my friend's Dad's football presentation. What an amazing day the home has put on for him and family. Found the staff to be lovely and couldn't do enough, so the day went well. Montrose Hall seems a very nice place and all residents seem very happy.

An enjoyable time spent with friends etc. The occasion was well prepared and executed. The staff are friendly and courteous. Made very welcome.

CARRINGTON COURT CARE HOME REVIEWS

I find Carrington Court a lovely care home due to its kind caring staff who try their best to meet the resident's needs. The cleanliness of the home are of a high standard and the meals are of a good standard. The manager has an open-door policy where relatives or residents can discuss any problems and hopefully resolve any issues.

An exceptional example of how things should be done. Should be proud of yourselves Carrington. Eternally grateful for the outstanding care given to a proud yet cantankerous grumpy old git. I will never forget you.

The home is very clean, the staff are really friendly and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. They have an open visiting policy that makes it easy for relatives to visit.
