Been at this gym for a couple of years on and off now. Although it gets busy at peak times, like most gyms, there's still some equipment free at all times. The management team and PTs are all lovely, knowledgeable and happy to help. A nice range of equipment to train with, as well as a matted area for stretching and floor work. Good value for money and nice atmosphere. Would recommend .

Absolutely love this gym. The space is perfect, free parking and accessible by public transport, great equipment and the 24/7 approach is awesome. However, my favourite part is the staff. After attending another gym where I couldn’t find staff and when I did, they made me lose all my confidence in working out, these guys made me feel awesome again. They are friendly, helpful and based on my experience working with a PT, they really know their stuff. It is a popular gym, but it’s clear to see why. Love it .

I joined this gym in January and am really enjoying it. Because it is open 24 hours a day, I can go whenever I want. There’s so much equipment. They have a range of PTs too which is great. Having had a back operation, I now know that what I am doing is going to beneficial in my recovery.

I was visiting the area for a couple of days and, as a member of Milton Keynes FF, popped over to this gym for a couple of days. I must say I was totally impressed. The feel is much more modern and clean. Up to date cardio equipment. Well laid out gym structure. Fabulous. Will definitely visit here again when I'm in the area. Staff were great, too.

My first day at Fitness First was fantastic! The gym's layout and floor plan are impressive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, contributing to the calm environment. Although I didn't get a chance to check out the swimming pool yet, I'm hoping it's equally impressive. The changing rooms were exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful layout, including private corners for those seeking extra privacy.

Great gym . Has everything needed to sculpt the body you want.. no matter what your fitness levels or what Shap you're in, there's no judging or body shaming here. The staff and personal trainers are all willing to help with any problems and queries you may have. A steam room sauna and aromatherapy rooms are great after a workout. I highly recommend F,F,Basingstoke

They are all so friendly! I mainly do the classes, and the instructors are knowledgeable and have helped me to improve my technique to make sure i get the most out of the exercise. As the gym is open 24/7, there is no excuse not to go. The machines are well maintained, and there are enough different machines to not get board.

Anytime fitness is probably one of the best gyms I've been too. The staff are really friendly and the gym itself is clean. You can get on all equipment when you want which doesn't mess up your gym routine. They also have great classes and the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. Always leave there feeling great!!.

Signed up to start getting fit and healthy, a variety of different machine from weights to cardio, never overcrowded always a friendly environment.
