Clean gym with a good range of equipment that meets all the essentials for a great workout. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The group classes are well-run and offer a good mix of intensity and variety. A special shoutout to Carly, who’s knowledgeable, motivating, and makes sure everyone uses proper form. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a new place to workout and my buddy told me about jd gyms Birmingham. I have to say I'm really impressed, from the cleanliness of the machines to how friendly the staff are, Craig left a great impression on me. This is the place to be for a proper workout.

Was Completely new to a JD gym and didn't really know where everything was, Staff member named Craig saw how lost I looked and helped a guy out, shown me around and even gave me some helpful advice and tips, professional and extremely well mannered guy 10/10.

Very helpful staff- very helpful staff members especially Craig who always addresses any problems that I have promptly. Craig is very approachable.

Amazing friendly staff and environment. Really encouraging classes, great way to make friends if you want. Love that it has a ladies only section. There are also loads of different machines for various target areas. Most definitely Five stars!.

Really good gym,excellent and friendly manager willing to communicate, and the gym space is sooo nice, best gym I have been too.

Good gym, awesome that it's 24/7. Plenty of equipment for what you need in a gym. Not so busy during the late morning. Cheapest one around too, especially if you get an offer.
