Has up to date well equipped Gym, a cafeteria with wonderful products to eat and drink on offer. There are several floors of offices and conference rooms which are used for a variety of activities and very clean modern toilets. The whole place is very clean and of course all the staff are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

Dropped in after a long hike for a well deserved lunch. The cafe is a nice environment, staff are friendly and the food is top notch. Also very well priced. Absolutely faultless. I'm glad we dropped in.

Great gym. Fab free weights section. Needs a pool! Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

A well needed facility in the area. A well maintained, and equipped gym. I can't criticise it for anything that any other top flight gym wouldn't receive . That is; please can you get another leg press and keg extension machine .

It’s a great gym, very spacious and lots of facilities available to use, good location and lots of bike and car parking available onsite.

Fantastic gym, very big and staff friendly. It was my first time on Saturday and I felt very welcome.
