Tatiana is an excellent Yoga teacher! Amazing attention to detail and ensures each individual has her attention. I hadn't done Iyengar yoga before going to Tatiana's classes and workshops - best thing I ever started! I've been going for a few years now and hate to miss. Both the weekly classes and the regular workshops are suitable for everyone and so worth going to. Don't be shy, give it a try!!!!.
I joined as a yoga newbie, every class I get a little better, a little stronger and a little more obsessed with yoga. Tatiana is a teacher who works with you week to week to help you achieve your individual goals while simultaneously making sure every class is different. Could not recommend highly enough!.

SHORE YOGA REVIEWS
I recently started to continue my yoga practice at Shore yoga, generally managing to get to the early morning classes with David so far. I love the relaxed vibe, the clear instruction and the genuine love he has for teaching people. It feels safe, there are always options to make it harder/ or easier without any judgement. Looking forward to getting out on the beach soon too. Thanks and excited to try the other classes when my diary allows. Kate :).
Wonderful experience and James is a fabulous guide through the sound bath journey. The studio in Monkseaton is beautiful with great facilities.

I cannot live without Jasmine Yoga!! I attend Steph's flow and restore class and it has helped my so much mentally and physically. I have a young toddler and my own business so I have a lot on my shoulders, an hour of flow and restore once a week really helps me calm my nervous system down and take time for myself, in turn making me a calmer mother and motivated business owner.
