Beautiful experience at Rush hair Basildon. Ellie-May is such a credit to the company. She knew exactly what she was talking about in regards to the correct products for my hair type. No two hair types are the same and I felt incredibly comfortable from start to finish. She held a very professional approach and made the salon experience very personalised to myself, the client. Massive thank you to all the girls at Rush.

Got my hair cut by Emily yesterday which was a big deal for me as I'm not a fan of going to the hairdressers. Took quite a bit off which was even scarier. Emily was great and appreciated how difficult it was for me and gave me lots of reassurance and cut it beautifully. I think I might have found my new hairdresser . Thank you.

I had my hair washed, blow dried and pinned by the lovely Emilea. Really lovely salon and a great service. Highly recommended. Thank you for a first class customer experience Emilea.

My son goes here regularly. As someone who suffers social anxiety, I put the hair dressers off a lot. There was no need. Latisha was lovely and put me at ease from the beginning. She kept me calm and spoke to me without making me feel patronised or concerned at all. She was lovely with my daughter too. Everyone in there are friendly and nice and I'm happy with our cut too. Plus it was a good cuppa tea with biscuits.

Just had a Skinfade at Industry hair today. Industry Hair is exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received, especially from Lee. His careful attention to detail and unhurried approach truly made my experience great. The haircut was perfected with precision, and I left feeling genuinely satisfied. If you're looking for a skilled and dedicated stylist, I highly recommend Industry Hair, where professionalism meets client care.

I used to visit the towns Turkish barbers but am now converted Lee mainly works off an appointment system which can easily be booked through the website. Every time I've been he takes his time and doesn't rush me out the door. The shop is comfortable, clean and tidy. No complaints will definitely recommend. Good atmosphere.

Really great salon.Zena is meticulous and takes great pride in her work. Never feel rushed or stressed here . I love the fact they are happy to chatter or not so that you can relax and just enjoy the experience. Fairly priced too . Would highly recommend.

Been going since I was young and I can honestly say I've never had a bad trim. Also the staff are all very kind.
