This is a very lovely salon with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. When attending the salon the staff are always willing to listen you and really care about your hair. The salon is always very clean and tidy and offers a great range of complimentary refreshments. Marina is a fabulous and very knowledgeable hairdresser and any final touches and attention to detail is very important to her. The service she provides is outstanding, she always ensures you are happy with you hair before you leave the salon and she may also add a touch of make-up before taking an after photo. The ladies who help Marina with treatments and colour application are also lovely. When calling the salon, the telephone is always answered in a professional manner and booking regular appointments with a busy working schedule is never an issue. Today I was Lucky enough to receive a wonderful haircut and finish from Daisy. She is a 2nd year apprentice. She explained through everything from products and ways to help my very damaged hair through health. She was kind and patient. This is my perfect salon. Always a warm welcome and all the staff are incredibly professional and caring. They listened to what I wished to achieve with my hair, cut and colour. The recommended products have kept my hair in salon perfect condition. Marina's advice was outstanding and it definately shows how passionate she is about her clients. I'm quite nervous when it comes to getting my hair cut but as soon as I walked into the salon I was met by a warm and welcoming receptionist who was happy to give me an appointment straight away. I got the ends of my hair tidied up and a fringe cut in and I'm absolutely in love! The total cost of a dry cut came to £17 which is brilliant. I've forgotten the name of the lady who cut my hair but she was very reassuring and followed exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is nervous about getting a haircut, everyone is so friendly here and it puts you right at ease.

First time using this salon today, lovely staff. Charly did my hair and I was very impressed with how she talked me through the haircut etc what she was doing and why. Great Hairdressers! The staff are always attentive, they listen to the customers concerns, they’re knowledgeable, give suggestions and advice. They are very welcoming and friendly. Been here about 3 times now and it’s always top notch! I’m visually impaired and they’ve offered a downstairs seat if I can’t do the stairs. Love it! Most importantly I come out of the salon feeling uplifted and very happy with the results!
