TOP 3 HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS GLOUCESTER SOUTH REVIEWS

Stayed overnight on route to Southampton. Very helpful cheery talkative staff . Well situated for food at the humble bee next door..rooms clean and tidy bed very comfortable . Plenty of complimentary top ups for room . Would certainly go back again . Breakfast included in price and was very satisfactory . Staff cheerful and chatty.

Fantastic, can't fault this place. Just what we needed for a night stay. Was even brilliant at catering for a gluten free breakfast, gluten free bread and gluten free cereal. I did see there was some gluten free options on a normal menu too when I went down for breakfast, handy to know. Just what I needed.

We stayed here on our way from Garstang to Tavistock. Excellent location close to the Motorway. Lovely clean room, comfortable twin beds. Friendly service. Breakfast included.

Nice hotel, large bar restaurant area. Good food and varied menu. Only criticisms, which should result in a loss of half a star, was the poor coffee after dinner. Definitely need more coffee machines. The room was nice and spacious but rather dark. Clean and tidy. Would recommend white walls and interior furnishings. Friendly helpful staff. Health spar and nice swimming pool.

The facilities are good. The staff helpful and friendly. I over heard good comments to the waiters from clients who ate a la carte. As part of a group we were on a limited menu which was ok but nothing special. Breakfast was excellent.

Had a corporate event here so stayed the night before. Very comfortable bed. Nice views from the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was fine. Contemporary bar area. Didn't visit the spa. Staff were extremely helpful during the event.

Stayed here last night for a one night stay. Absolutely fantastic! The staff go above and beyond, and are all so friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and a good temperature, and the bed very comfy. Shower over bath in bathroom was nice as you don't often get baths in hotels anymore - nice to relax after a long day. The bar was open until 11pm, witch was perfect for relaxing of an evening and the drinks of good price. We ate, lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel, all perfectly cooked and very tasty with good size portions for a good price. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely and the view from both the hotel and our room was stunning! I will definitely be returning, can't rate this place highly enough!

Booked at the last minute for 1 night. Lovely welcome from reception staff. Room was exactly we wanted. Breakfast was absolutely spot on. Good choice and a lovely English Breakfast was enjoyed. Recommended....

We stayed here for two nights on their special deal which was great value for such a lovely hotel. The service and staff were lovely and we felt so welcome. We even had a lovely card and drink voucher to help us celebrate. Thank you for a great stay.
