I tried this salon for the 1st time for the locality convenience, and I must I was very impressed. Superb customer service. Really friendly, patient and relaxed staff. The fact the studio was quiet was even better as I am anxious individual and hate crowded places. The whole process from dying to washing and drying of my hair, was done so smoothly. I walked away,very pleased with what I requested in the price quoted. Definitely recommend. 10/10.

Fabulous salon really friendly staff, I’ve been having my hair done by Chloe for a while now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! She always gets my hair exactly how I want it, always makes good conversation and makes me smile throughout my treatment, I leave feeling amazing..

Had a lovely experience at Studio 18 this month as always. Kim and all the staff are always friendly, happy to talk through hair ideas and inspiration and make a clear plan to achieve the style picked. Will definitely return and recommend. Thank you.

Beautiful building and amazing staff. The receptionist, Rebecca was extremely helpful and very patient with my ping pong emails! It was my first visit today and I could not fault it. Everyone was so nice and made me feel at ease (nervous customer, it's been years since I had hair cut). The lady who washed my hair was fabulous, the Saturday receptionist was just as fabulous and my haircut by Gavin was stunning! Gavin listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. I had roughly 8 inches off and it's perfect. Will be a regular client with The Vinery. Beautiful place! Thank you to all. I will be recommending to all!

First time at the salon having being forced to find a new stylist which is always nerve wracking. I was giving Orla for a cut and balayage, and wow it is an outstanding cut and colour so I am so so happy. Glad to have found my new stylist who is so skilled at what she does, instantly knowing what will work for me. Wonderful salon and atmosphere too!

Amazing salon, friendly and welcoming. Had an appointment with Sam and he went through everything with me, positive and negative, very realistic expectations which I appreciated. He did an amazing job and I left feeling refreshed and I’ve already booked my next appointment.

I would highly recommend you to have your hair done at Stephen Pressley, I was quite nervous at first. My sis in law assured me and she was right. I love the colour, cut and blow dry which was done by Andrea. He is such a lovely person to talk to. I have been going to Stephen Pressley 3-4 years and I absolutely love the way Sophie colours my hair she knows exactly what she is doing she is amazing hair dresser makes you feel comfortable I would highly recommend.

Incredibly friendly, professional staff - went in as a walk-in client during my lunch break and was helped out immediately; the staff who worked with me were very easy to talk to and walked me through what they were doing and why whilst leaving some breathing room if I had any concerns or questions. Very happy with my hair and would definitely visit again!

Amazing!! Andre is a superstar. Made to feel so welcome on arrival. Injected so much life back into my hair and made me feel really confident and special today. Over the moon with my hair, a real treat. Can't wait to be back. Thank you.
