TITANIC SPA REVIEWS

We bought the June early bird offer and was not disappointed. There is not one thing that I could fault about this place. The staff are very polite and friendly, the room was beautiful and it was clean, the food was absolutely amazing, and the spa facilities were perfect with such a good range (the ice bucket was my favourite). I would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be staying again. We have been to many spa breaks and this one is our favourite by far!

Excellent conversion of the old tobacco warehouse into a well-appointed hotel and spa. Room was immaculate and spacious, Spa area was calming and relaxing. Short taxi ride out approx. 15 - 20 minute walk to town centre amenities. Would recommend.

Fantastic spa. This was my second stay and I'm planning another. Treatments were excellent. The spa itself is lovely. Food was great, apartment was fab and the package deals are such good value.

Such a lovely friendly atmosphere and always welcoming when I walk through the door! I’ve had several massages with Laura and am never disappointed, the room is always warm and cosy and Laura listens to what my body needs each time and easily adapts for me with no trouble! I booked my mum in for a facial as a treat with Mia and she said ‘it was the best facial she’s ever had’ again feeling welcomed and cared for! Thank you so much Laura, Mia and your friendly team, see you soon.

I felt anxious booking as I’ve never had my eyebrows tinted before and I’m not the most confident girl. I was worried my brows were going to be too dark before a baby shower at the weekend. I rang up and went in for a patch test and dealt with Georgina and then my appointment was with Sophie, they were both lovely and made me feel at ease and I also loved the colour of my brows! Thanks both for making me feel so comfortable.

I went to get LVLs and HD Brows and I absolutely love the results. Laura was so friendly and welcoming, it was my first time having this kind of treatment done and she was absolutely lovely. I can't wait to go back!

I have become a regular visitor to Alexandra House, and their beautiful serene gardens, over the last 6 months. Following a diagnosis with Long Covid at the beginning of the year, I came in search of the Recovery Programme - treatments that work to stimulate your immune system and create more balance in your body. Meeting Dr. Maxine and the team has profoundly changed my approach to wellbeing. My health has improved over the past months and my visits here have been a critical part of my recovery - I can’t thank you all enough! My new resolution is to prioritise my wellbeing and I even come to the monthly guided meditations here too. This beautiful place isn’t like any other spa I’ve visited; If you’re reading this, I hope you can discover for yourself what a special improvement to your life it will be!

I recently had the Advanced full body massage with Erica at Alexandra House Spa. It was such a gorgeous treatment, Erica was lovely, really professional and had great customer care. Fab pressure, felt relieved of tension, but also very relaxed. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

My husband and i experienced a gorgeous massage and pamper afternoon in beautiful surroundings with Aimie and Erica. I need to know who makes the cakes; the Eton mess cake was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
