I can’t thank Shona at Gielly Green enough! I had a terrible dye job right before my flight to London and was in a panic. They were able to fit me in quickly, and Shona absolutely worked magic on my red hair. I’m a certified color analyst, and Shona completely understood the intricacies of color and undertone. She expertly removed the unwanted violet tones and restored my hair to a beautiful, natural ginger. Her attention to detail and understanding of my needs was incredible. I flew to London for a professional training event, and thanks to Shona, my hair was perfect. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a colorist who truly knows her craft!

Ondine is amazing. She gets to know you and can understand exactly what you would like and what would work. She mostly cuts my hair dry which enhances my waves and means I don’t have to work very hard to make it look nice! She does the best blow dry ever - ultra quick and very strong. She’s a lovely person too and I love coming to the salon - it’s a real treat!

Jonathan was so helpful at explaining my hair and how to work with it. Felt like he actually understood which I haven’t really had at a hair salon. He was super open to what I was saying and helpful with his suggestions. All the staff I met were lovely as well. Plus the haircut was really nice - obviously! Great for anyone with curly hair as well, mine is curly and Jonathan really knew how to work with it and listen to my thoughts and feelings - not just do a generic cut which I feel I’ve had time and time again. The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable. Will definitely be returning! Cannot recommend more!!

George cut and styled my hair last week and after growing it out from bald it was my first cut in years. The head massage was lovely and there’s always a worry that the haircuts not going to look as good as it did in the salon but he’s a wizard with the sizzors and after home wash and air drys it’s exactly the layered choppy hair that I wanted!! Andrey did an amazing job! He discussed the reference photo I brought with me, and explained any alterations to the style he was making to better suit my hair texture and type; my hair was pretty damaged and now feels so much lighter and healthier, and looks great! Also a shoutout to Mia for the amazing shampoo and head massage before my cut!
