Cristi from Wild Bush in Putney is absolutely amazing at what he does! He grooms my Pomeranian and she always comes out looking amazing, smelling fantastic and smiling from ear to ear! I’ve been to many groomers in the past and I have never been happy with the groom however I have full trust in Cristi to pull it off every single time! Somehow Cristi manages to fully groom my very fluffy dog in an hour which is incredible! His communication and customer service skills are always fantastic and he always really listens to what the customer wants. Cristi is a valuable asset to Wild Bush and I would not recommend anyone else.

I saw a dog similar to mine in the park and asked where they got their dog groomed. They recommended Putney and how right they were. My dog has separation anxiety but looked over my shoulder as I left expecting to hear howling and he was already happily sat in the wash tub without a bark at all. Christian did a brilliant job and followed my directions. Love my dog to look like a dog and everyone has been commenting on how soft he is. Will be back.

Took my spaniel to Wild Bush in Barnes for the first time today and the service was excellent! They groomed her beautifully and she looks fantastic! The staff were also so lovely, will definitely be taking our dog back.

Best boarding in London, bar none. Our 11 month old bordoodle, Dave, spent a long weekend at Elmtree Pet Hotel and had the best time ever. We were nervous driving him to his first boarding 'kennel', but from the instant we spoke to the lovely reception staff, we had zero worries any longer- its truly first class. He was so well looked after and the staff were so attentive and kind- each one saying goodbye on Dave's way out on Monday morning.... Will 100% be back. Thank you for everything.

We have left our dog (Charlie) in the care of Elmtree three times now. We honestly cannot praise this company and service enough. The staff are professional, extremely polite and genuinely care about our animals and the quality service they provide. Without a shadow of doubt we would highly recommend this team. As the majority of dog owners do "we love our dog" and do feel comforted every time we are away that he is being cared for correctly,. Thank you all.

My dog has stayed here before and is coming back in April. the staff are lovely! They take them out for long walks and I paid extra to see on the webcam and do extra behaviour classes which was definitely worth it!! Would recommend.

I boarded my cat and dog with Oak Cottage Kennels & Cattery for the first time as our usual kennels and cattery were fully booked. I went to take a look and was very impressed by the very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I could tell immediately that they put the welfare of the pets first. They were very good at explaining how the kennels work on a daily basis. I booked in two trial days for our Labrador and then both my cat and dog stayed for two weeks. I had very regular photos and it was obvious they were both enjoying their stay. I would like to thank everyone for looking after my pets in an exceptional manner. Harvey and Simba will definitely book again! A massive thank you to all.

Flanker is very happy and healthy after 3 weeks of stay at Oak cottage kennels, very friendly team, update photos with me on a regular basis. Definitely worth to recommend to all dog lovers.Much appreciated to the team and kennels' owner who saved my car's battery(which need to recharge) on a wet rainy day outside the kennels. All the very best to you and your team.

Our senior pup recently spent a week at Oak Cottage Kennels and she seems to have had a wonderful time! We really appreciated receiving frequent updates as well. We will definitely book again! Thank you.
