Fantastic service, friendly and wonderful experience. For a cut and blow dry (Long) I was given great customer service. From the hair wash to the hot chocolate and attentive care during the hair cut by Charlotte today. A tired overworked mum walked in and I left feeling wonderful and with renewed energy. Along with a stunning hair style! Thank you!

My 12 year old daughter with ASD was booked to see Lauren, and Lauren was so amazing with her, explained every step before doing anything and just generally making sure she was ok and comfortable. Hair cuts are not easy for my daughter but she had a great visit and loves her new hair cut. Will definitely be booking in again.

Excellent salon.. absolutely wonderful experience ... I went for a hair cut and Ms hannah did mine and she was very professional ,clearly communicated and the result was exactly what I was looking... can't wait to go back and try other services as well.. highly highly recommended.

Excellent service and Cut Edit: I was contacted by the saloon, and they re did my hair and I must say I am extremely impressed by the service I received my hair looks amazing I got the cut I wanted. Shelly did a wonderful job. The previous review I wrote was just an honest review and I wasn’t expecting anything but I was really surprised when I was contacted and offered to restyle my hair. I am very happy and would recommend it. Gave them 5 stars too this time. I have a mixed review. I had a good experience at the salon nice staff, the lady looked after me, got wash cut and blowdry. It was good, nice wash and the blowdry was amazing really loved it. But later when washed hair at home I am not contended with the hair cut. Feels like My hair is uneven, back is shorter than the front and sides and there is nothing much happening in the hair as I asked for a shape in front keeping the hair at back straight. But my hair feels so uneven not happy.

Had an appointment today, unfortunately the lady that was supposed to do my hair was sick but Still my appointment was honoured and they didn’t want me to lose out as a customer so I was still seen. My hair was done by Shelly. The results she acheivrf with my hair was absolutely brilliant and exactly what I wanted. Everyone was so lovely, welcoming and friendly such as Alex and Lina. Very hard working hairdressers. I would deffo recommend this hair salon 10/10!

Christine was lovely very professional and love my hair as we were unsure of the colour would take due to the chronic state my hair was in ! But deffo love it and would recommend Christine in a heartbeat. Had to dash off as my son was desperate for a McDonald’s! Will be booking her again.

Speechless! I have never felt more listened to when it comes to my hair before! I have always been quite nervous finding someone new to do my hair but Lily has been an absolute godsend! She talked me through each step every time I've had my haircut by her. This time I wanted a specific colour of going a lighter brown with a hint of red and Lily not only listened but helped me to achieve what I wanted and requested.

I had such a wonderful experience getting my hair done here for the second time! The stylist was so kind and really listened to what I wanted. I felt totally comfortable and relaxed. Plus, I absolutely LOVE how my hair turned out! It looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend this place – you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely stunning! The blend is so seamless and natural—love how the tones melt together. Such a perfect balayage, perfect communication,great experience, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful hair color.
