HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS LONDON LUTON AIRPORT REVIEWS

Great prices and great location. The place is walking distance from the air port with accessible entrance and rooms. The staff were super nice and even allowed us to check-in before the appropriate time (we arrived a bit early, when they were cleaning the rooms). Breakfast was excellent with various hot and cold options. Dinner was also quite good with good portion size.

A one night stop over whilst on a road trip. Met by Shannon who was fantastic at sorting out a perfect room for us after I didn't communicate are wished very well. She went above and beyond to sort it quickly for us. She also showed incredible restraint and professionalism when dealing with a not so nice customer who was directly after us. The room was spotless and amenities excellent. Steam iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle and lovely Dove toiletries provided. Complimentary breakfast was excellent too. First class stay.

Perfect location for the airport, we opted for parking for the duration of our holiday. Breakfast was available [even at 5am!], evening food offering was limited but more than sufficient in choice and good value.

Outstanding hotel! Small bar/restaurant with limited choice of dishes, but everything I had was delicious! Hotel had nice and quiet, warm atmosphere. Perfect place to take a break for an 6.30 am flight after travelling 400 km across England, for a whole day. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would warmly recommend it to anyone flying from Luton Airport. Hotel is a walking distance away from the airport terminal (for people with a wheel bags or backpacks only) which a real rarity among affordable airport hotels.

Very easy to get to the airport at 3am. Bus right outside. The windows were magic though as barely heard any planes! Was as quiet as hearing them from your garden! Food was really good too and reasonably priced.

Nice and close to the airport. Rooms are not big but clean, bathroom has some space but my room only had a bath so it can be slippery. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food they serve is simple and oke.

We've been staying at this hotel regularly and always have a really good experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is ok. Arun at the reception is a fantastic ambassador for the hotel. His customer service is truly outstanding — always friendly, professional, and ready to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. He remembers our preferences every time we return, which makes each stay feel even more special. A massive thank you to Arun for consistently making our visits so pleasant. He is a real asset

I can't imagine what the other people leaving bad reviews for this place are expecting. It's immaculate, great size rooms, with huge shower and bathroom. Linens are lovely, breakfast was very very nice with a great selection of pastries, teas and cheeses. Cooked breakfast was standard, but very well done. I guess some people see the word Hilton and expect a butler and gold taps. This is Hampton by Hilton, and it's an amazing deal for the price. 1 minute walk to the train station, and parking is right outside, of course chargeable, but it's right next to the station and airport, so makes sense Here vs Premier Inn seems to be the most popular comparison. In our opinion, no contest (we have stayed in loads of Premier Inn hotels). Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Great hotel situated right next to the train station and Luton Airport dart. The hotel is typical of a Hilton - friendly welcome, clean, well sized rooms and breakfast had plenty of choice in the morning. Would stay here again if needed.
