It was my first time visiting this salon. I have been a client of T&G for many years. From the moment I arrived, I received nothing but quality service. Gemma and the staff made me feel welcome and Gemma got right to work. We discussed what I didn’t want and she - through exceptional training - knew exactly what I wanted. Gemma followed through with all my requests regarding my hair as I have very coarse/unmanageable hair. I am now at home after having washed my hair, writing this. Usually, by this time after a hair cut, my hair starts showing signs of a bad cut. Not now. It looks just as good as it did yesterday after Gemma finished my hair. I don’t have any of the styling products she used yet my hair looks as I wanted it. I love the outcome and I plan to return to Gemma. She is professional and exceptional at what she does.

I really enjoyed my experience at your St Helens salon Sue was fabulous, she chatted with me about what I wanted doing with my hair. As she was using products she was telling me about them and how they would work on my hair. My haircut was gorgeous I truly love it. Thanks Sue.

This hairdressers salon is deffinetly the best in st Helens. I have been going this salon frequently now for approx 4 years. I would never go anywhere else now. I have always found all the stylists are as professional and as good as each other, they are also very friendly an welcoming. The salon has always been clean & tidy also. Been coming to this salon now for the past 4-5 years and I couldn’t think of a better place to go for my hair done. All the girls are amazing at their job they go above and beyond for you. As soon as you walk in you feel the warm friendly atmosphere whether your an Existing customer or new. And if you love a pamper like me or just want some you time then I would highly recommend the four way treatment this salon offers because it’s AMAZING.

On behalf of Alfie as he can’t post it himself! I’ve been having my hair cut from Vicky since I was 1 years old! I have never been disappointed! Always there to guide you and give you options as to what you could have in respect to certain styles for your hair type! Would never go anywhere else! Great atmosphere! Would highly recommend.

I came here today for the first time today as my hairdresser started working here and I can’t get over how gorgeous the salon is! Sophie is amazing at her job, I’ve been going to her for around 8 years and I would not go to anyone else. The salon is gorgeous and the girls who work there who I met today are so so nice and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them! The salon is just full of amazing energy. Excited to continue coming here to get my hair done.

My first time visiting the salon. I loved the vibe it gave. Had a colour consultation prior to my appointment to get the best results. Jess did an amazing job on my hair. I had my roots touched up and a balayage. The colours looked amazing and Jess made sure I was happy with the what she was doing throughout. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Jess x.
