Having worked in home care before, I know what is expected from care givers. This company and its management go above and beyond for there care givers, service users and family. The company itself provides the best training for its staff members making sure all care givers are fully trained before visiting clients. Very helpful and understanding staff easy to speak to if there's any concerns or questions. Family members/loved ones will get the best care and support with home instead. I have met some wonderful people throughout my journey with home instead and looking forward to meeting many more clients, family's and other care givers. 10/10 Home care in my opinion.

This is an amazing company to work with that looks after their employees as well as their clients. The care they offer is so valuable, giving families peace of mind that their loved ones are being cared for by outstanding care professionals that are experienced, trustworthy and dedicated caregivers with ongoing training. I would definitely recommend Home Instead West Lothian to a family worried about care for their loved one or to anyone who would be interested in becoming a care professional.

After a spell in hospital my Mum had Carers from All Care Services 3 times a day for 2.5 years until she sadly passed away last week. The Carers were excellent, they were skilled and friendly and built trust with my Mum who was very independent (despite being disabled from suffering a stroke many years ago) and initially reluctant to have Carers. The service was consistent with a small number of Carers visiting and very reliable. Juliet and her office team were approachable and responded to any queries or concerns we had. I would highly recommend All Care Services to anyone looking for a care package.

Good costumer service kind and helping staff I would recommend to all looking for care.

Very patient stuff took time to explain to me packages they do offer. Polite and very competitive.
