Support and customer service from Nicola and Hazel at the office was first class . The guys who did the job did it with the minimum of fuss. I expected it to be very intrusive as we had a big job done lasting the whole week but it wasn't at all. We were kept up to date with progress at the end of every day. They then sent out one of the surveyors (Brian) to check over the job after completion and he was also first class. We had reported a few tiles with minor damage at the end and these were replaced immediately. I would highly recommend Taylor Roofs for an excellent job.

The chap that came round to inspect our roof was quick, efficient and took photos to show the one or two points needing repairs. He then discussed our choice of protection plan. At no time did we feel pressured, indeed he actually advised going for a cheaper plan. Added to this the receptionist at Taylor roofs are extremely pleasant and helpful. No complaints: five star service.

I had a new roof installed by Taylor roofs this month. They did a great job, and the guys that were here completed it in good time, were friendly and tidied up after they finished. Would definitely recommend to others. Huge thanks to Ryan and Logan for all their hard work!

Almond Roofing replaced all of the eves, guttering and downpipes, and repaired a bay-window valley/channel on my 30 year old house. I am more than pleased with the quality of work and final result, which has transformed the look of my house. Craig gives you a time when they will commence work on your property, and they turn up when they said they would. This sounds obvious but surprising how many tradesmen don't. This by itself is worth a lot, and reflects their professional approach. He also keeps you informed as the work is progressing. I cannot recommend Almond Roofing highly enough. If I ever need further roof repairs or work completed, I will certainly be employing Almond Roofing. - Graham M
