James, as well as being a really nice guy is from the old school of plumbing in as much as his attention to detail and excellent work ethic were exactly what i required. The job was carried out in a professional manner and everything was explained to me in detail as he went along. I will certainly use his services again if required and would have no hesitation in recommending him to any potential customer who might wish to employ him.

One word to describe this man FANTASTIC I had a burst pipe in my hall emailed James at 7.30am and he was on my door step before 10.00am fixed leak in jig time and was really reasonable. Price better than we expected due to our situation being urgent as no heating and no hot water. Would I use him again and would I recommend him 100% to both - Ann-Marie Mc Reply

I got this plumber James to sort out a washing machine inlet valve problem for me. This gentleman came as promised did the repair in 10 minutes, so if I have any other issues in the future this is the company I will be contacting very honest and fair price's, thank you James

Very quick to reply to request and came out the next day to do the job! Explained everything, went above and beyond to make sure it was a quality job. Excellent value for money too. Polite, cheerful and professional, will definitely be calling again the next time I need help.

I had what I called “spaghetti junction” under my kitchen sink. I couldn’t get a waste bin, that suited my needs as a disabled person, to fit. It just wasn’t possible. No bin would fit! I sent Jamie some photos on the Thursday and asked if he could help. He came back swiftly and made an appointment for the Friday at 8.30. He arrived exactly as agreed, solved the problems by tidying up and replacing some unnecessary plumbing. He did it cheerfully and efficiently and the cost was as he had quoted. Based on a recommendation, last month I chose CMI plumbing and I am very pleased with the job. The work was completed to a high standard and I would use CMI plumbing again in the future. Colm supplied and fitted a new shower door in the en-suite and also replaced the tap. The installation was very neat and carried out exactly as per the manufacturer’s instructions. The en-suite was left tidy afterwards. Colm was friendly, efficient and professional. The communication from Laurie was excellent and very helpful. This was only a small job but I was impressed. Next time I have a full bathroom refurbishment I will go to CMI plumbing.

Refreshing to find an excellent professional who just gets the job done to a very high standard. Fitted two (very heavy) radiators, installed a hot tap outside and sorted out toilet. Arrived early and started bang on time. All finished and left everything looking perfect. Hassle free and Colm doesn’t mess about. He just gets the work done and knows his trade inside out. It’s good to be given honest advice on what to use. He obviously only uses the right stuff. Very happy to have his number for any future work. Would recommend him to anyone.

Colm has undertaken a number of jobs for me over the years, from replacing toilet flushes and showers to full bathroom installations. I can trust him to do a great job at a fair price, what more can you ask!

Willam and his son Nathan went above and beyond to make sure my washer and dryer were installed. They ran into some issues with it not aligning in the space where I wanted them. They efficiently and quickly figured out how to effectively work with the space and I have an operational washer and dryer. I could not be more satisfied. They’re very professional, personable and prompt.

Gave William a call early on Sunday morning after we had a leak in our bathroom, he asked for some pictures to help us get the water flow stopped straight away and then talked us through all our options. Out the next day to come and get us all sorted and squared away, really lovely guy and was such a massive help! Problem all sorted and really glad to say we've found an awesome plumber whose number we are hanging on to! Highly recommend.

William has done multiple jobs for us over the past few years- always to a really high standard. He is extremely careful, with great attention to detail - and also a lovely person. Highly recommend.
