THORNTON HALL HOTEL & SPA REVIEWS

I took my mum away for a retirement present. I booked in for dinner, bed and breakfast. The room was absolutely beautiful, and so comfy! We even got a bottle of Prosecco in the room included in the package. On arrival staff was so friendly and helpful telling us everything we needed to know for our stay. We went over to the spa for some relaxation and it was amazing. We used the outdoor jacuzzi and the weather was perfect, the sun was shining down right above us. You can order drinks to the hot tub which is fantastic. The food of an evening was spot on, the steak was cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed our morning breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return! :)

Had a fabulous short break with the girls from work. Such a wonderful place. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The shower was easy to use. Spar facilities and pool and hot tub were amazing and breakfast was ample and tasty. Staff were around but not in your face and very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay.

My partner and I stayed for my birthday for one night as a treat. it was wonderful. It's a beautiful place with stunning grounds, amazing food and the staff cannot do enough for you. I'd highly recommend it!

We couldn't ask for a better coffee experience, everytime we come we get exception service without fail everytime. It makes enjoying a coffee all the more enjoyable. Noel and Steve provide one of the best coffees out there and always provide a warm and friendly smile with every service.

Didn’t stay in the hotel its self but I was visiting from Wolverhampton and I met some friends for coffee in the Starbucks and the service was superb. I was served by a young gentleman called Noel, I only remembered his name because of Christmas, but he had a lovely and warm smile.

Came in here recently to meet friends as I was in the area. Was served by Noel who was very helpful with mine and my friends needs (two of us are vegan, one gluten free). He was also super friendly and knowledgeable of the items. They had a lovely atmosphere too! :) :)

We stayed here just before Christmas with our 0 and 2 year old. When we arrived with the children, the 2 ladies on the desk spent 5 minutes deliberating which room would be the best for us in terms of space and access and moved us without question. After staying in many hotels in London this level of thought and consideration was quite a surprise. Will definitely be staying here again for our annual gathering.

Stayed for 3 nights over Easter for a family wedding. Very clean place with friendly accommodating staff, especially Jill on the reception who managed to transfer us to a room with special facilities, as I had forgotten to request, when booking. All the staff were exemplary from the reception, housekeeper's and all the restaurant staff. They certainly are a credit to the Company.

Staff at the Heswall Premier Inn are amazing. They really helped us with check-in issues after having to travel in the early hours of the morning to see a family member who had a medical emergency. Rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. The shower had great water pressure. Free parking is a boon too.
