I had given a one star rating because this company didn’t turn up to a call out at A &E, however I have changed it to 5 stars because I called again for an airport transfer and was sent the driver called Harunor Rashid. Perfect service and what a lovely professional. Thanks to him I changed my rating favourably.

Needed a taxi when the train services stopped in Birkenhead due to signal problems last week (for hospital appt on Liverpool). Rang & booked a taxi which arrived within minutes with a lovely friendly driver. Would happily use them again. Thank you

just got a taxi from Hamilton Square to stena Birkenhead to belfast boat. driver was very helpful and friendly to me and my partner who had his guide dog with us. very positive person who made us feel comfortable

Very reliable service! When using other companies in the past we’ve had issues with airport transfers letting us down or getting information incorrect but these guys were brilliant, double checked and confirmed everything which gave us piece of mind, picked us up on time both ways and all at a very good price… our driver even brought a loaf of bread and some milk when we arrived home which I thought was wonderful as we were arriving back early hours of the morning. A really kind gesture. We will definitely use again and recommend to others.

It's been about 10 years since I used a taxi service to Manchester Airport and it was £30 more expensive than Steve's current price! The driver was late, grumpy and his car was smelly How fantastic to have a smart, friendly and trustworthy chauffeur....he's so much more than a driver Outstanding Thank you Steve.

Excellent service, professional and reliable took us to Manchester Airport and was prompt when we returned, supplied bread and milk for us for our arrival home and bottles of water to and from the Airport. Highly recommended and a brilliant way to start and end your holiday, worth every penny.

We use this firm very regularly and we've never had any problems at all. The office staff always polite and we often have a giggle with the drivers. The drivers were amazing when they were taking us over to the Royal Hospital when my Dad was ill and dying. They were sensitive and respectful and tried to keep us upbeat (even at 2:30 am) Thanks guys must add that i only use the one by Bebington station

We hired a taxi for a short journey to take my Dad to a doctors appointment. A nice young man named Sean arrived on time. He was very pleasant and chatty. I rang an hour later for a return taxi. Sean picked us up again. Thank you Sean. We look forward to such a good experience next time we need a cab.

Since Alpha Cars have taken over this company, i can rely on them. The drivers have a more professional approach and more importantly the time it takes ro get a taxi has reduced!
