I have been working with Neena for over a year and she’s an exceptional therapist. A year sounds a long time like she’s not helped… on the contrary… she helped me massively with the thing I originally went to her for and I asked if I could see her once a month for continued support and personal development. I’m still learning things about myself and I can’t believe the change in the person I have become since I first stepped into her therapy room. Whatever your problem, whatever you need support with - I could not recommend this woman highly enough.

I can't recommend Neena enough!!! Her approach to help me with inner childhood trauma (that I thought I had dealt with) and help me to get to a place of increased confidence, self worth and self esteem was fantastic. I still have some work to do (not quite there on all cylinders yet), but I've already reaped the rewards of her therapy. Whilst I'm certain i would have achieved my goals, I certainly wouldn't have achieved them so quickly without her help to look deeper inside of myself and really understand what it was/is that I want. As her website states... she is no run of the mill therapist. She's straight talking, motivational, funny, caring and passionate about what she does. Seeing and feeling is believing, contact her to find out how she can help you.

I highly recommend Therapy with Neena. I went to see her to help with my fear of public speaking for a best man speech. She helped with this and far more. Firstly she is an extremely professional, qualified and talented therapist. My sessions with Neena helped massively with my public speaking fear and when it came to delivering the speech I felt confident and excited to do it. But I got much more out of my sessions than my new confidence in public speaking, we discussed many things about my personality and life. During the sessions Neena made me feel extremely comfortable, i loved her honest approach to our sessions. We had some great chats, she is a great listener and shared lots of great advice and experience. After taking this onboard, it has massively improved other aspects of my personal development. I could not recommend Neena enough.

After suffering with anxiety and overthinking for over 20 years and seeking a multitude of ways to fix this with no real solution I decided to give David a call. Within a few sessions my anxiety had improved 10 fold with me now no longer needing medication to help with the symptoms. My overthinking literally evaporated after the first session working through this. I can highly recommend David and have given his details to family members who are suffering with similar problems as I truly believe David’s approach and methods can help anyone suffering.

I reached out to David before Christmas via email, he replied swiftly and left the message open for me to contact him when I was ready. A few weeks later I called and we had a good chat on the phone about hypnotherapy and he busted a few myths.. we first scheduled a consultation. David is friendly and easy to open up to, he is honest and open about his own experiences. I had suffered with depression, anxiety and stress that has had a negative impact on my home and work life for a number of years on and off. I can honestly say before the 4th session I had never felt as light and positive. We agreed that we would leave it to 4 sessions as opposed to the initial 7/8 sessions David recommended based on how well I had done and how life has positively changed. (If that doesn’t scream honesty I don’t know what will!)

I went to see David to help me manage my stress and anxiety levels which I have struggled with for years. I went to a set sessions and after each session always came away feeling a lot more relaxed and calm. I now feel that it is me in control of my anxiety rather than my anxiety being in control of me. I would totally recommend David.
