For the first time in a long time, after over a year now. I can hand on my heart say that this is the best pharmacy around. I never have any issues with my prescriptions. They text to let me know it’s ready to collect. Never have owing notes, the staff are always happy to help, always polite and friendly. Thank you very much for making my life so much easier.

As there seems to be a nationwide shortage of my medication l had to track down where l could obtain it. I tried 5 other pharmacies (2 didn't even answer the phone) before ringing Balby Pharmacy. They answered promptly and confirmed the medication was in stock. When l arrived they were very friendly and efficient and l left fully stocked up. Thank you.

Special thanks to nichola, Lynne, carole, Emma and Hamza for always going above and beyond as chemists and taking a genuine interest in my life and always checking I'm okay. Means alot guys and most definitely shows with your genuine caring attitude.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately i had a problem with 111 service obtaining repeat prescriptions, however they were able to resolve this problem for me. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff there. Thank you.

They were absolutely amazing. I am visiting family and have had to stay longer than expected so had to have my prescription redirected to this chemist. We had a few issues but they were brilliant and sorted it for me...a big thank you.

Went to purchase a perfume that is selling like hotcakes at the moment. It was in stock here and the lady serving was very good at her job. Professional and polite. Recommended.

Its clean staff are very helpful you can get most things there.
