Her qualifications and experience include undergraduate and postgraduate training in psychology and counselling psychology at the University of Sunderland and Teesside University. She is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Divisional Member of Counselling Psychology (DCP). She has been providing counselling and hypnotherapy services for over 30 years. She also has extensive experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), including working with members of the armed forces and returning war veterans.
