“Jason Oshinowo graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001, having completed a four-year degree in Osteopathic Medicine. He aims to establish a clinic offering the people of Sunderland and the North East first-class spinal and musculoskeletal healthcare. Having experienced a disc herniation myself after numerous rugby injuries as a teenager, he has benefited from the combined efforts of osteopaths, physiotherapists, and massage therapists, so he has firsthand experience of how a multidisciplinary approach to spinal problems can bring rapid, long-lasting results. “Ryan Myers is an osteopath, master personal trainer, strength and fitness coach, sports massage therapist, medical acupuncturist, and former physical training instructor within the Royal Marines. He joined at 17 years of age and completed a total of 18 years of combined regular and reserve forces service. Ryan Myers has spent his time developing theoretical knowledge and practical experience within the healthcare and sporting environments. He has amassed much information from key influencers in the manual therapy, rehabilitative exercise, and strength and conditioning fields while working with a diverse patient/client demographic ranging from the elderly and persistent pain patients to royal marine recruits and Olympic athletes. Currently, he is practising at the 5th Element Sports Injury Clinic.
