After prolonged lower back pain I requested Jason for his help. First therapy appointment helped enormously and I have rebooked my second session. As a physiologist I can’t recommend this clinic strongly enough. Once again Jason, thank you so much.

I visited Ryan today with a trapped nerve situation. I had been in agony for days with it. Ryan carried out a very detailed consultation before embarking on treatment. He used a mixture of massage and traction to combat my symptoms. This proved highly effective as the pain relief I experienced was incredible. Even though I was there for a very painful reason the whole treatment was very enjoyable. Ryan gave me exercises to do at home as after care which he demonstrated fully and ensured I knew how to do them correctly on my own. I highly recommend a visit to 5th Element as Ryan is a wizard.

Been sufferring with back spasm that had been plaguing me for past 3 weeks. Ryan spent the time to understand the history of the injury and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He then explained the cause and how it had continued due to movement and biomechanical combinations. I now have a good list of actions to improve and return to fitness. The session has given me the confidence to now overcome the injury and ensure it doesn't return. Highly recommended.

First visit to Ryan at 5th Element for a shoulder injury. Ryan asked a lot of relevant questions along with a physical assessment to work out the problem. He really knew his stuff and was very professional. I left with some muscular relief and a plan of action. Will be back. Very thorough - highly recommended.
