Alan and Fiona. Lovely couple. Their grown up family also get involved in group. Alan is funny, inspirational. Listens to members. Invites group to give advice. Group members from all walks of life. All with different pressures. It's good to here and get support from all of these people. Would recommend. Alan's sessions.

Very friendly and approachable attitude and willingness to help. Always enjoy the experience. Very well organized by Alan and his team.

Love going to group with my hubby. I go to support Pete but I definitely feel part of the group.

Anybody who can assist people in this area gets a big shout out from me! Weight gain/loss can be a touchy difficult subject and we all, mostly, could receive help in this area. Unfortunately the western world is becoming fatter through diet, chems, EMF’s, lack of hydration, exercise etc.

Shirley helped me to lose 4 stones in weight over a 4 month per aiod. Fantastic and professional service. Can't praise this enough.

She's such a great consultant, would highly recommend. The diet works well especially with the 1:1 support from Ann. Always there when you need her.
