We are currently in the latter stages of the design process with Bavian design for a kitchen extension and redesign and bathroom redesign. We approached our new kitchen in particular with some definite ideas on what we must have but Sam’s skills in introducing us gently to alternate ideas and his knowledge of materials and attention to the details means we now have a design that is very different from our initial vision but with which we are extremely happy. Sam has also been infinitely patient and responsive to the pace we have moved. Along the way he has always listened, at no point pushing us towards a particular choice. It has been a true collaboration. We will be getting a kitchen that is so much better designed and suited to our needs than if we had stuck with our blinkered vision.

Very impressed with the speed of Bavian Design's response to our request for drawings for a large plot of land in Brighton. Also surprised and impressed by the creativity of scheme designs, with options more creative and ambitious than we'd seen ourselves (and we've developed a lot of land over the last 20 years). All round: Very impressed.

We engaged Sam Taylor’s services with regards to party wall arrangements with our neighbour. Right from the start Sam was extremely professional and worked swiftly to resolve the issues. He kept us informed at all times, was able to articulate our concerns to the other party and helped us achieve a positive result without delay. He is extremely professional and has a very in depth knowledge of the construction business.

Annette is exactly what you need in a designer. She is meticulous about asking the right questions in the early stages so that she is able to deliver exactly what you want. There is no detail missed at any point and it was so great to also see how incredibly responsive she was over email. I knew that any email sent would be responded to within no more than 12 hours. I have never worked with someone like this. Everything turned out exactly the way we wanted it (and more). She also did all the purchasing for us, which was a godsend as I have done it myself for our previous house and it was one of the most time consuming part of the process. She was on site all the time directing our builders making sure that no detail was missed. I quote her with something she said to one of our builders when putting up the pendants in our main hall.. 'every single millimetre counts' and this is why it is so important that your designer has this much attention to detail. Sometimes they see things that you might not even start to consider. I don't think we will get anyone else to design anything else we do. Once you have found the designer you gel with who gets you, you stick with them. And our designer is Annette. Thank you for giving us the home of our dreams. We love it!

We first approached Pisani Designs to help with the interiors of our house renovation, but such is Annette's expertise and professionalism that she ended up managing the entire build for us. Her attention to detail is exceptional, which proved invaluable in co-ordinating all the different trades, and she is incredibly easy to work with, responding promptly to emails and patiently dealing with every tiny query. Although the brief we gave her was vague to say the least, Annette's designs for each of the rooms were spot on, perfectly reflecting our taste and preferences (even if we didn't always know what those were ourselves!) She kept strictly within our budget and we particularly appreciated her suggestions for upcycling existing elements to avoid having to buy new. I had assumed that working with an interior designer would be a luxury, but Annette has undoubtedly saved us money over the course of the project. I feel incredibly fortunate that we found Pisani Designs, as without Annette we certainly wouldn't have the very special family home that we are lucky enough to live in today.

Annette worked with us to refurbish our Hove seafront flat. We wanted a modern look that was cosy but sophisticated at the same time. Annette created some great mood boards so we knew we what to expect colour and pattern wise. The paint palette she chose has been wonderful - many compliments on the soft greys and greens chosen. The rooms really flow. There was quite a complex rebuild involved which Annette handled brilliantly. She also sourced some great furniture for us and curtains throughout which look stunning. Annette chose some great lighting throughout too which has really enhanced the flat and allows us to tone the lighting to the mood. The finished result is incredible and we love our new home. Annette was lovely - easy to work with and felt we could discuss any aspect with ease. So happy we found her.
