Came really quickly, very approachable and knowledgable. Quote arrived the next day, is what I expected unfortunately, they are not overcharging or expensive, it is just a shock when you see what things cost now. MB did work on my neighbour's property which looks good, was done quickly. They have been around for a while and I only hear good things about them. Likely to get them to do a warm roof, fascias, gutters, pointing, chimney capping and fire break leadwork and get rid of all the moss.

Micky Bishop came round to look at a leak I have had since ‘builders’ completed a loft extension. Would have been easy for him to say I needed scaffolding, tiles removed and a new flashing kit around one of my Velux windows. But he didn’t. Micky investigated, removed parts of the flashing and a few tiles. He identified the fault, which was basically that the ‘builders’ had fitted the Velux in correctly. Micky cut the flashing and made it work. Saved me thousands. Genius.

Very pleased indeed with the work done by Mike's team. It wasn't an easy or straightforward job, but it was done well. They were thoroughly professional throughout. Very happy to recommend them highly.

I can highly recommend Mac and his team. He used a drone to inspect our roof and box gutter (behind a parapet wall) and provided pictures along with a competitive quote. His team replaced our box gutter, sealed chimney stacks, and replaced the lead roof over a bay window. Mac kept us fully updated at every stage and sorted out scaffolding, as well as recommending others to work on our windows at the same time (even arranging for the scaffolding to be adjusted). He provided a set of pictures of the finished work and we were really pleased with the finished job.

Mac did a brilliant job of removing our back chimney and replacing the area where it was with tiles that matched the tiles already nearby. He's also done a great job of fixing the leak in our front chimney. He was very professional throughout, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Dealing with Mac the owner was smooth and stress free. The team who carried out the work were hardworking and friendly with high standards. The new flat roof/skylight/facia/extraction chimney are great. I'm really impressed. Would use again.

Arrow roofing have always been professional and informative when it's come to repairs. I've used them a few times with work for emergencies and they have attended quickly and have always sorted the issue. If not the same day, then they will always go back if it's a little more complicated. They are reasonable and really easy to talk to when explaining any issues. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who has a roofing repair or advice.

Recently my wife and I, had Arrow Roofing carry out works on our home. We required a leak to be fixed from storm damage, and a garage roof to be re-tiled. Works were carried out to such a high standard, all done within the dates stated with minimal disruption to my wife and I.This is the second time we have used Arrow and we’d have no hesitation to use them again, couldn’t recommend enough.

I asked Andy and his brother to come and see some damage which l believed was a leak from the roof. They explained to me what they thought was occurring and causing the damage and gave me advice as what to do next. It became clear that their services were not required and I appreciate that they did not try to persuade me to do something that was not needed but gave me advice, all for the price of a badly made cup of coffee.
