The Private Care Company provided outstanding care for my mother over many years as she suffered from dementia. I was always amazed at the professionalism and caring attitude of the people looking after my mother. It’s such a relief to be able to have one to one care in one’s own home - At not much more than the cost of a nice care home - and so much pleasanter for visitors rather than being in an institutional setting. Josie was a consummate professional who coped perfectly with some tricky family members - going above and beyond Even my mother’s death when it finally came was as peaceful and lovely as it’s possible to have thanks to the excellent supportof the Private Care company team. I’m so grateful we chose them and recommend them unreservedly.

We asked the private care company to come in twice a day to support Maggie post operation, she had 2 amazing carers, which nothing was too much for them. Maggie has improved so much that she no longer needs the carers but will greatly miss them both . We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed in the future. We were offered a live in carer to assist with end of life care for my Mother in Law who was desperate to stay in her own home for her last few weeks. Josie at the Private Care Company did a great job sending us one of their carers to come & look after her. She was full of care and compassion, nothing was too much trouble, and she cared for the whole family, not just her client. We would no hesitation in recommending this company. My lovely Dad has received 4 days of care from Tendai, Joseph and their wonderful team. So far, for us as a family, we are more than happy with the care my father receives. My Dad is cared for with kindness, dignity and respect. We feel supported in the care for my Dad as he has been able to be discharged from hospital to his home. We got Home Care via the District Nurses, as my mother needed end of life care. From the moment the carers came, they showed compassion and professionalism. Mum is being very well looked after in the final days of her life. Up until now, I was the sole carer for my mother and it has taken a tremendous weight off my shoulders, to know that she is being looked after so well and with such kindness. What is so important Is that we see the same carers, so Mum can build up a nice rapport and feel safe and happy.
