I never really wanted to be a landlord and was forced into the situation by unfortunate circumstances post the Grenfell Tower disaster. However, right from the off, the team at Sawyer & Co provided me with excellent guidance. Initially, Ceri helped me to market my property. Throughout the tenancy, Rosie has shown a lot of professionalism and patience when managing my property which hasn't always been easy as I am a shared owner of my flat which means that Rosie has also found herself liaising with the housing association and the building management company. Finally, I would like to applaud Jess' enthusiasm and determination in getting all of the paperwork signed with my most recent tenants. A huge thanks to all of you.

We cannot recommend Darren, George (Taylor), and the team at Brand Vaughan highly enough. If there were 6 stars, they'd genuinely deserve it. Darren sold our flat STC within 4 days. However, our purchase turned into an extremely tortuous and stressful process. Several times during the buying of the house and subsequent renegotiations it looked like the sale had fallen through. We were truly fortunate to have Darren and George to manage our flat sale through the very many difficulties of our house purchase, which lasted all of 5 months. We are now happily moved into our new home and it's in no small part due to Brand Vaughan.

Brand Vaughan have been very helpful and professional throughout the process of letting my flat for me.
