Shaws replaced 11metres of floor to ceiling windows/doors out onto a terrace space. The team/s arrived promptly, were friendly and engaging. They set to work immediately removing the old windows and cleaned up perfectly at the end of each day having covered furniture/floors with dust sheets etc. They finished the whole task in under four full days and I felt quite happy going out on errands in the town whilst they were here. There was minimal mess and the guys were respectful of my home and were polite and fun to have around. (Nothing wrong with a bit of 'banter'). The follow-up was great and I have no worries that if, anything were to go wrong with any of the mechanisms, (the install included three bi-fold doors and opening windows) they would be back to rectify without fuss. I spent years working as a Commercial Valuation Surveyor so know my way around property....I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

We converted our conservatory into a 'proper' room by adding a solid roof and new windows supplied and fitted by Shaws. The quote came in quickly and we were advised up front the lead time was 3 months. The surveyor was really helpful and happy to work with our roofer to make sure everything came together. The windows look great and both fitters were professional, friendly and completely respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves every day and turned up on time and kept us informed.

We had some particular requirements for our replacement windows. The guys from Goatley took some photos of our ideas and turned them into reality. We are extremely pleased with the results, being in our opinion far better than we expected. Additionally, the fitters (Chris and Dan) turned up as scheduled to carry out the installation. We have had other firms supply and fit windows and Goatley’s are far and away the best leaving our home clean, and a very neat installation inside and out. We are so pleased that we have ordered a new front door from them too. If you need replacement windows and/or a new door, use Goatley’s, you won’t regret it.
